In
2001, GNC Live Well entered the NASCAR Busch Series as a
sponsor of Hank Parker Jr.'s #36 cars.
It
was evident from the start that GNC was serious about their rookie
venture into NASCAR. During the 2001 season GNC would become
the Official Vitamin Store of NASCAR, the title sponsor for
multiple races and was named "NASCAR Busch Series Sponsor of
the Year" by Street & Smith's SportsBuisness Journal.
Hank
Parker Jr. fans were also entertained with some of the best
commercials of the year that featured Hank and his GNC car.
